Official Rules: Stick Wih Rhino Sweepstakes

No Purchase Necessary To Enter or Win a Prize.  Making a purchase will not increase your chance of winning. Method of entry will not affect your chance of winning.

Eligibility: The Stick with RHINO Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Sanford, L.P. (hereafter, “Sponsor”), Project Support Team, Inc. any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries or advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”), and members of such employees’ immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse, whether biological, adoptive, adopted or step, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household of such individuals, whether or not related, may not enter or win. Void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Two Ways to Enter: 1) Visit www.RHINOPROMO.com between 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on 3/8/07 and 11:59:59 p.m. EST on 11/30/07 (the “Promotion Period") and complete and submit the Official Online Entry Form in accordance with the instructions provided; OR 2) Visit the RHINO booth at participating industry tradeshows and retailer events held during the Promotion Period, complete the Official Entry Form (while supplies last) and deposit it in the provided ballot box. Only one (1) entry (online or ballot box) per person/email address will be accepted per day regardless of method of entry. In case of multiple online entries on any day from any one person/email address, only the first online entry on such day, as determined by Sponsor, will be accepted. In case of multiple ballot box entries on any day from any one person/email address, only one ballot box entry on such day, as determined by Sponsor, will be accepted. For a list of participating industry tradeshows and retailer events visit www.RHINOPROMO.com during the Promotion Period. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. The use of automated devices (or any other devices intended to automate any aspect of entry) to enter Sweepstakes is prohibited and any entry through such means is void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant based on the e-mail address submitted, entry will be awarded to the person named on the applicable online entry form (regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized account holder of the email address from which said online entry form was submitted). Mechanically reproduced, photocopied or facsimile entries are void.  Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, stolen, damaged, illegible, garbled, late, delayed, undelivered or misdirected entries, lost ballot boxes, inaccurate entry or other Sweepstakes-related information or failures or malfunctions of internet connections, phones, phone lines, telephone systems; or technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming used in this Sweepstakes, human or processing errors or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors of any kind which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries or for printing, typographical or other errors appearing in these rules or other Sweepstakes materials, or the postponement or cancellation of any tradeshow or retailer event.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any entries of entrants whom Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes or is in violation of these Official Rules.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 12/7/07 from among all eligible entries received for the entire Sweepstakes by Project Support Team, Inc., an independent judging organization.  By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which will be final and binding in all respects.  Winners will be notified by telephone and/or overnight mail and/or mail and/or email. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Prizes: (5) Grand Prizes:  2007 Yamaha RHINO ATV with options and features (if any) determined by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) = $9,000.

Grand Prize Conditions:  Taxes (other than sales tax on ATV) including but not limited to any federal, state or local income taxes relating to Sweepstakes, insurance, licensing, registration, title fees and destination charges, freight delivery, any options not included with ATV as delivered, and upon receipt and use of Grand Prize and any other expenses not stated herein are the sole responsibility of the individual Grand Prize winners. Grand Prize winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release with seven (7) days of date printed on prize notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected . ATV will, subject to dealer approval, be delivered by dealer closest to Grand Prize winner’s U.S. residence. Winners are responsible for ensuring the safe, proper and careful use of ATV.

General Prize Conditions: All prizes are being awarded “as is” without any warranty or guarantee either express or implied by Sponsor.  Any such warranty or guarantee is subject to the manufacturer’s terms thereof and winners agree to look solely to manufacturer for such warranty and/or guarantee. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  Total ARV of all prizes = $45,000.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, substitution or cash redemption of prize except by Sponsor, at its sole discretion, and then for a prize of comparable or greater value.  By participating, entrants agree (1) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion; (2) Sponsor and its designees may use, if entrant is a winner, entrant’s name, city/state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising, publicity and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification (except where prohibited by law); and (3) the Released Parties and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any liability, loss, injury, or damage to themselves or any other person or entity, including personal injury, death, or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize (including the use of the awarded ATV), or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to modify cancel, terminate or suspend this promotion should causes beyond the control of Sponsor impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in the event of cancellation, termination or suspension, at its discretion, select winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such cancellation, termination or suspension.
